Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping from Morocco, with a special focus on the USA and the Middle East.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We provide the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: This method typically takes 7-14 business days for delivery to the USA, the Middle East, and other international destinations. The shipping cost is already included in the product price, so you won’t have to pay any additional shipping charges during checkout.
• Express Shipping: If you need your order to be delivered faster, we offer express shipping. This method usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we require 1-2 business days to process it and prepare it for shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be slight delays, but we strive to ship out all orders as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the carrier’s website.

Customs and Import Duties

Please note that for international orders, customs, and import duties may apply. These charges vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding any applicable fees.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• You must initiate the return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team at Info@baazaar.ma. Provide them with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
• Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
• Package the item securely, including all original packaging and any accessories.
• Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the item is approved for a refund or exchange, we will process it accordingly.

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

• Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible. Any price differences will be handled through the original payment method.
